2 Gold Medal for semi classical singing in various Inter – collegiate events.
3 Travelled extensively abroad for singing and dancing.
4 As Principal successfully steered the college for N.A.A.C. Accreditation in March 2004. Nalanda was awarded B++ and also steered the college through Reaccreditation in December 2013. College has been awarded Grade 'B'.
5 Chairperson- Ad hoc Board of Studies in Dance in the University of Mumbai. After becoming the chairperson five new courses were introduced in the college - Certificate in Dance (Kathak), Diploma in Dance (Kathak), Advance Diploma in Dance (Kathak), M.P.A. in Kathak, P.G. Diploma in Dance and Fitness.
6 As a member of Academic Council been successful in sanctioning the above given courses.
7 Has been appointed as an External Examiner for B.A.(Hons) Performing Arts (Bharata Natyam) with education at Mahatma Gandhi Institute affiliated to Mauritius University, Mauritius.

12 Conceptualised, ‘Choreographed and Directed a documentary “STREE GAATHAA” (Story of Woman) for the Govt. of Maharashtra which was released by Dr. Anil Kakodkar, Chairman, Nalanda Dance Research Centre, Mumbai.
13 Steered the college Nalanda Nritya Kala Mahavidyalaya through NAAC Peer Team Visit in December, 2013.
