The Student Counselling Cell and IQAC organized a Yoga session, "Calm the Exam Chaos," on 11th March 2025 at Kanaka Sabha to help students manage exam stress. The session focused on breathing techniques and mindfulness, fostering relaxation and mental clarity. Guided by Yoga Expert Ms.Trupti Rathod, students practiced simple yet effective exercises to enhance focus and reduce anxiety. The peaceful atmosphere and structured techniques provided a much-needed break from academic pressure. True to its name, the session left everyone feeling refreshed and better prepared for the upcoming exams.
